Zeca Fernandes

Artist, collector and gallerist. The son of Guel Silveira and grandson of Jenner Augusto, he grew up inside modern Bahian painting and founded the gallery in Salvador, where he brings together Brazilian and European moderns and artists at work today.

His own production follows from that company: studio work made alongside a collection he built himself.

The son and grandson of artists, I grew up in this world; it was the ground of everything that brought me here and keeps me on this trajectory of discovery and challenge along a mysterious path.
