Born in Salvador, she fell for photography in 2005 and made it an unconditional occupation. She has photographed in almost every Brazilian state and in more than forty countries — from the Lençóis Maranhenses to the Atacama, the Salar de Uyuni, the Bahian backlands and Antarctica.
Her awards include first place in the Revista Fox National Competition (2018), an honourable mention at the Brazilian Photography Biennial (2018) and first place in the black-and-white category of the Ribeirão Preto Photographic Art Salon.
